What is the Cheer Biz Accelerator?
The Cheer Biz Accelerator is a two-day, immersive experience designed exclusively for cheer gym owners who are serious about scaling. Led by the same team behind Next Generation Gym Owners—who each operate seven-figure gyms in markets from 20,000 to 100,000+—this event brings real-world, proven strategies straight from the mat to the front desk.
This is not theory. You’ll get face-to-face time with the business coaches who’ve helped over 1,000 gyms grow successfully, and you’ll leave with actionable strategies you can implement immediately in your own gym. Whether you’re focused on all-star, recreational, or a hybrid program, every session is tailored to the realities of running a profitable cheer gym.
The Cheer Biz Accelerator blends live teaching, behind-the-scenes gym tours, staff interaction, and educational sessions where we dive deep into the core functions of your business—sales, marketing, retention, leadership, customer experience, and strategic growth. How Can I Bring a Guest to the CBA?
This is a gym-owners-only event. However, if you have a business partner, they’re absolutely welcome! Please note that guests are not included in the individual ticket, and we do not offer bundled or group discounts. Additional personnel are subject to seat availability.

Is lodging or transportation included?
No. When you purchase an ticket, this includes access to the event over the two days. We do provide refreshments, and a light breakfast and lunch each day. However, all other meals, transportation, and stay accommodations are not included. We recommend using rideshare options and/or a rental car to reach the various gyms. When you book your qualification call, your representative can provide further information regarding your specific location.
Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?
We’ve got you covered! We offer an array of gluten-free, vegetarian, and vegan options for our buffet-style meals. Once you register for your event, you’ll receive further information from our event host. You can notify them of any restrictions at that time.
What time does the event begin and end each day?
Doors open each morning at 8:30 a.m. for attendee registration, check-in and networking with light fare provided.
The Scaling Workshops begin at 9:00 a.m. and end at 5 p.m. We ask all attendees to schedule their rides or exit the building by 5:30 p.m. each day by this time so our team can prepare the space for the next day.

Where do I find the CBA itinerary?
Your CBA itinerary will be sent to you in advance of your attendance date via the email you provided the CBA consultant team. If you have not received any emails from the team, or information about your upcoming event, please contact our team at: cba@nextgenowners.com.
How do I prepare for the CBA?
In the weeks leading up to your event date, you can expect to receive a specialized CBA pre-work packet that is designed to help prepare for the event! As long as you’ve received the welcome email after purchasing your workshop ticket, no action is needed on your part to automatically receive this information! If you have not received a welcome email, please reach out to the CBA Team: cba@nextgenowners.com.
What is the CBA format each day?
Each day will vary but the overall event will consist of speakers, Q&A, roundtables, breakfast, lunch, and refreshments. Each day is tailored to ensure you are provided the tools and skills to efficiently grow your gym.
Who are the main speakers for the events?
Each team has two of the Next Gen owners along with support staff to meet your needs during these events. Each event has different speakers, but similar material – all tailored to the specific gyms in attendance. Your CBA workshop team can tell you more specifically who the speakers will be as the event gets closer.
What should I bring for the event?
Come with questions and an eagerness to learn! We recommend bringing pens and notebooks. Laptops are welcome, but videos may not be taken. Please note, WiFi may not be easily utilized at all locations.
Can I reschedule my date/location?
Yes! Our Transfer Policy allows each attendee to reschedule one (1) time within six months of the original CBA purchase date. There is a $100.00 transfer fee, and our team would be happy to help facilitate this change. Please note that transfer requests within 72 hours of the registered workshop date will not be accepted.
Exclusions do apply: Changes within 72 hours of the workshop date can only be made in the event of travel-related issues such as VISA problems, flight delays or cancellations or illnesses.
What is the cancellation and refund policy?
There are no refunds for any event purchases.
My plans changed. Can I sell my ticket?
Reach out to our team who will help you in changing the ticket name. We do not allow sales posts in our groups to protect participants against potential scammers.
How much is the ticket?
The investment, if selected, is $499 per ticket for Portland, Warrensburg, Reno and Red Deer.
When we designed the Cheer Biz Accelerator, we had two options:
Option one was to go broad—pack a room, lower the price, and deliver general advice to the masses.
But that would’ve meant sacrificing the hands-on, personalized experience we know gym owners actually need to scale.
Option two was to limit attendance and ask for a slightly higher investment—but in return, provide a highly tailored, immersive experience that delivers real, lasting results for your business.
We chose the second option, because you’re not here for only motivational speeches … you’re here to grow.
