What is the Owners Academy?

The Next Generation Gym Owners Academy is a coaching and mentorship program designed to help gym owners grow and gain freedom. Through one-on-one coaching with experienced gym owners, our Academy toolkit, and a private Facebook group, you’ll have the support and resources to achieve your goals.

The Academy suits all types of owners—whether you’re new to gym ownership, looking to attract more athletes, or needing help with delegation and staff training.

We’re committed to your success and will give you 100% support. If you’re ready to work toward your dream, we’re here to help!

How does the Money-back Guarantee work?

Our Money-back Guarantee is a no-nonsense approach to helping you grow your gym. If you join the Academy any time during this promotion and don’t see substantial growth within 90 days, we’ll give you your money back! All you have to do is meet the following four criteria:

  1. Participate in 3 one-on-one coaching calls over the first three months.
  2. Complete the onboarding questionnaire and onboarding call with our Client Success Manager.
  3. Complete your monthly priorities. After each call, we’ll give you some simple, attainable goals to meet to grow your gym. We’ll work alongside you throughout the month to help you accomplish these goals or course-correct if you run into issues.
  4. Log into the members’ area at least once and view the great things Next Gen offers.
  5. Join the Next Gen Academy members ‘-only Facebook group and get connected!

It’s that simple. Put in the work to grow your gym. If you don’t love the Academy for any reason within 90 days, simply let us know and we’ll refund all three months of your membership.

To maintain the best quality standards, Next Gen limits the number of Academy members we provide coaching to each year.
