Part-Time Marketing Assistant

Company: Next Generation Gym Owners
Location: Remote
Hours: Part-Time, Monday-Friday, 8 AM – 12 PM (Some flexibility available.)
Starting Pay: $16.25/hour

About Us:

Next Generation Gym Owners is a business consulting company that helps all star cheer gym owners grow their gyms and become profitable and successful both on and off the mat. Next Gen offers the Academy, a business consulting company; Connect 3, a monthly done-for-you social media guide, and several in-person training conferences per year for coaches and owners.

Marketing Assistant: 

We are seeking a detail-oriented part-time Marketing Assistant to join our remote team. This role offers flexible hours, estimated at 20 hours per week, with a competitive hourly rate of $16.25. You will be responsible for supporting our marketing team by managing email campaigns, social media content, and conference promotions, while ensuring consistency and high-quality execution across all platforms.

Position Overview

Key Responsibilities: 

  1. Manage email marketing campaigns and automations
  2. Provide content support through scheduling posts on social media platforms and blogs on website
  3. Basic Search Engine Optimization support on website and search platforms
  4. Learn and adapt to new software tools and systems as needed

Requirements:

  1. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  2. Excellent communication and accountability skills with supervisor due to remote position
  3. Experience with Canva and social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok and YouTube)
  4. Ability to create and edit marketing materials and social media content
  5. Familiarity with managing email campaigns and content calendars
  6. Administrative tasks related to marketing and lead management

Benefits and Pay

  1. This position is offered at $16.25 per hour.
  2. Simple IRA with 5% Employer Contribution is offered after 90 days.
