Next Generation Gym Owners coaches will focus on mentoring Academy members. Coaches will assist in educating clients through the various levels of the Academy. Using their experience as a gym owner and the NG systems and resources, they will help gym owners build their gyms. 

The ideal coaching candidate has proven experience running a successful gym and facilitating staff training. Candidates should have a high level of enthusiasm and positive energy as well as excellent communication skills. Coaches must be open to continuous education and development both in their leadership skills and their own gyms.

This position is currently only open to Next Gen Academy members and alumni. 

About the Next Gen Coaching Role:

Coaches are sub-contractors who typically average 5-15 hours per week preparing for calls, attending trainings, meeting with clients and participating in Next Gen client development. 

In order to apply, candidates must do the following:

Step 1. Complete the application and upload your resume. 

Step 2. Within the application, submit a video explaining why would you be the best candidate for the role and how you can help other gym owners based on your experiences. Videos should be less than 5 minutes in length, under 50 MB, and may be submitted as a file or a Youtube/Vimeo link. 

Step 3. Potential candidates will be selected based on these videos for a panel interview process. 

Submissions for this hiring phase will close out on Nov. 5, 2023.

Our Next Gen business coaches are contractors. They must be Next Gen certified to be eligible to coach and be current members or graduates of the Next Gen Academy.
