Each Month You Will Get:
Training Guide
Training Guide will include all material needed to grow your program for that month’s topic. We’ll walk you through how to do things and teach you the ins and outs of recreational programming.
Associated Resources
You’ll get all the links to our spreadsheets, systems, Canva templates, Trello boards, videos and any other tutorial or training aids needed to accompany each month’s learning guide.
Coaches' Access
You and a designated director or coach from your program will get access to all materials and the Facebook Group allowing delegation and ideas to flow more easily.
Training Video
This monthly training is a pre-recorded video you can watch at your convenience. We’ll go over the training packet and provide you with any tools, tips and resources that have helped us build our recreational program.
Monthly ``Ask the Coach`` Session
Conducted about two weeks after your training call, one of our coaches will check in with you via Facebook live to answer any follow-up questions you may have.
Program Variety
Our recreational program will focus on all areas of recreational classes you might want to add to your gym to include: Tumbling, Ninja Warrior, Dance, Recreational Cheerleading and Intro to Gymnastics (no equipment needed!)

During the course, we’ll cover:

- Staff hiring, on-boarding and training
- Stations and circuits for effective classes
- Monthly activities to build engagement
- A thorough look at the sales funnel and trial program
- Skills evaluation
- Class development
- Floor planning for large programs
- ….And so much more!
When will each of the items release?
To deconflict with our other amazing Academies, we will release on the following dates:
- Training packet: The 5th of each month
- Video training: The 15th of each month
- Ask the Coach: The last Tuesday of the month at 10 a.m. CST
What is the cost of the program?
New members will receive an introductory offer of 50% off their first month to try the program and make sure it’s a good fit. After the first month, the cost is:
- $109/mo.
- There is a $40 monthly discount for those also enrolled in the Next Gen Owners Academy
This will be billed the 1st of each month.
