Transparency is vital to efficiently diagnosing current obstacles and recommending corrective actions. Your coach and the Next Gen team will always maintain confidentiality​ of all sensitive information discussed during your coaching calls. Calls are recorded for quality and training purposes. This is how we ensure you are always getting the best services and helps to develop our training plan for our coaches. If at any time you feel a different coach might be a better fit, please reach out to the Client Success Manager to discuss a change. Your success is our goal!

Members may not disclose the files outside the Next Generation Academy. The resources provided are for your use throughout your membership. If ever you have suggestions or requests for additional resources, please contact your coach.

There is no contract or required length of time. Everyone learns and applies at their own pace. This is a marathon, and not a sprint to the finish line. We’ll work alongside you through every step! Cancellation is required 72 business hours prior to the billing date. All cancellations must be completed through the "Help" form in the Members Area.

I understand I will be billed for my membership monthly. Because we charge in monthly installments, a 72-hour grace period is extended in the event of a card decline. If payment is not received by the end of the grace period, the client will be removed from the program. Monthly payments are non-refundable.
