What is the CBA refund and transfer policy?
CBA has its own refund and transfer policy, kept up to date on the Cheer Biz Accelerator page along with everything else about the event. The short version: event purchases are non-refundable, and you can reschedule once within six months of purchase for a $100 transfer fee. Full details, including the exceptions, are on the CBA page.
