I’m at conference this week – not at my home office desk like a normal Friday, but for those of you not here at conference, I wanted to give you some tips to make sure you are motivated to finish the week strong!

My tips for an effective Friday:

1. Have a clear list of what you need to accomplish. No one needs to work until 9 p.m. on Friday night, but if you’re unfocused on the tasks at hand, you might find yourself doing that. Have your list ready Thursday night. Wake up and knock it out!

2. Work from an alternate location! Fridays are my favorite day to sit at my favorite coffee shop and get all the stuff done! In fact, call me on a Friday morning and there’s a 99% chance I’ll be there! I look forward to it! (Who else can say they look forward to working on a Friday?!)

3. Make your list for Monday before you leave for the day. On Fridays, I fill out my Trello to-do list so I can spend my weekend not thinking about alllllll the things I need to get done the following week. That also ensures a productive Monday morning!

OK, you know I love hearing from you guys. What does your Friday look like? Any tips you can share with me?
