There are a lot of people out there you shouldn’t do business with…

  1. They’ll say they’re going to send you a certain quality, and that’s not what you’ll get.
  2. They’ll promise they’ll ship on time and they won’t.
  3. They’ll encourage you to order more than you need, increasing your overall cost on something you’ll never really profit on.
  4. They’ll take your money and you’ll never see the service or product.

Buying in this industry can be scary. In fact, for many years, it caused me to stay local. I was willing to pay a slightly higher price knowing that anyone who screws you in a small town will eventually make it right in order to maintain their reputation. We don’t always see that in this industry. We don’t know people’s character. We only know what they tell us.

There are probably a lot of things you’re going to be buying in the next few months…

Uniforms
Practicewear
Music
Choreography
Staff Training
Stunt Clinics

Adding competitions to your schedule…

…and we don’t want you buying from the wrong people and losing money. You shouldn’t lose money and they shouldn’t be rewarded for poor service. For that reason, Next Gen owner and consultant, Dan Cotton, recently recorded a podcast called “Choosing Who You Do Business With”. In this podcast, Dan will give you three tips for assessing who you should do business with and what to look for from vendors.

I highly recommend taking 23 minutes to listen to this podcast on Spotify, Apple Podcasts or the Google Play store. If 23 minutes saves you thousands of dollars, it will be worth every second!
