We’re almost halfway into January already! If that’s any indication on what we can expect this year, then you already know it’s going to fly by. What I don’t want to happen though – is that 2022 flies by and we are in the same position with our gyms in December that we are right now. 

Whether your gym is thriving or surviving right now, I think it’s important that we spend a few minutes to reflect and set our intentions for 2022. So, here are 3 questions I want you to ask yourself today:

  1. What is working well? Maybe you are killing it on your preschool tumbling program or your teams are super successful this season. I want you to think of a few very specific things that you’re doing really well right now. 
  2. What could use some improvement? Are you putting out Facebook ads and posting on social media but not really getting any good leads on new athletes? Maybe you are struggling with staff who aren’t following your systems? 
  3. What is the #1 thing you need to change in 2022? Tell me. If you did this one thing in 2022, what impact would that make? How could you improve the lives of your athletes, families, staff and community?
